NEW: Maybelline Babylips Crystal Collection!

Hey Beautyvamps!

I am so excited because I just saw Maybelline came out with a new babylips collection: Crystal collection. Unfortunately it hasn’t come out in Europe yet but I’m sure gonna get my hands on these babies when they release them here.

So basically if you’re not familiar with babylips, it’s a lipbalm line from Maybelline and the lipbalms come in different packaging, colors and scents. And every now and then Maybelline releases a new collection and sometimes Limited Edition ones too.

The collection they came out with is called Crystal as I said before and there are 6 colors. The collection is called Crystal because each of the lipbalms has it’s own shimmer to it. Sorry guys, but when I hear the word shimmer I can’t contain myself and feel the need to buy these cuties.

Here is a picture of the new babylips Crystal collection.

The names of the 6 lipbalms are: Crystal Kiss, Pink Quartz, Gleaming Coral, Beam of Blush, Mirrored Mauve & Twinkling Taupe. Even the names are cute, don’t you think?

I heard and read a lot of good things about these lipbalms and I am willing to try this but as I said it’ll take a while before they release it, I mean they haven’t even released the Electro Collection yet here in the Netherlands, although I heard they have in the UK!! So I suggest you to look at Superdrug or Boots.

You can buy the lipbalms for $3,39 at Bed, Beauty & Beyond, Target and Ulta. I also did a review on the babylips Dr. Rescue Me collection so if you’re interested  click right HERE.

What babylips lipbalm is your favorite of all the babylips collections? Let me know in the comment section down below!

Unfortunately I don’t think I can get hold of these since I live in the UK, but they look so pretty! The names also suit the theme very well. 🙂 I would love to try these if I could get hold of them. Although I can only guess what the colours will be like, I imagine I would pick up the coral and mauve shades. Coral colours are really cute, and my lips have a light mauve shade naturally so maybe the mauve colour would be a ‘my-lips-but-better’ kind of shade. 🙂 Lovely post as well. Very simple and easy to understand. 🙂

Because this has petroleum. It’s always great in the beginning. After a few to several months, sometimes it can just be weeks actually. Your lips will be drier than it used to be prior to using this product. Which is why the longevity of the product is shorter. I would suggest checking out for an all natural, no preservatives and no paraben ingredients list.
